Personal real-time overview
Every employee has an overview of his balances, calendar and planning thanks to a personal login. Optionally, this can be expanded with group overviews containing a part or all employees. The data is real-time and can always be exported to Excel.
Request leave online
Your employees can request days of leave from home and from work via the Self Service. Thanks to “leave rules”, leave can always be taken from the correct balance. The applications are then handled by the right person via adjustable workflows. The employee always has an overview of the status of the application and will be kept informed of an amendment via email.
Efficient certificate management
Doctor notes and expense reports are just a few examples of certificates that employees submit. However, their processing often goes wrong: certificates come in too late, the employee / manager / personnel department gets them lost… This is a thing of the past with the Self Service. Your employees submit the certificate digitally and via adjustable workflows they are approved, possibly refunded and saved.
Thanks to your organization's organization chart, there are different profiles with different authorizations. The available functions in the Self Service automatically adapt to this. A manager can therefore approve requests from his own team, but cannot modify registrations, because that is something the HR department must do. You decide what someone can do and see and you can always adjust it.
