Paxton
Due to the link between GPS Emprova and Paxton Net2, there is a synchronization:
- from Net2 to Emprova with access rollers, access points and Net2 departments, as well as bookings if you use Paxton IN and OUT readers.
- from Emprova to Net2 for people with assigned access role.
As an HR and/or Facility employee, you avoid the security risks that exist when 2 different databases are managed manually. Because of the synchronization, an employee who is hired (when onboarding in Emprova) immediately gets the right access rights. The same applies when offboarding an employee, because the access rights are then automatically denied at the right time.
