2021 starts with strengthening our team
On GPS we enter 2021 with some new colleagues. In order to achieve our ambitious goals, we needed to strengthen our team. That is why we hired 3 extra consultants and 1 extra support officer. We will introduce them to you in person.
Inez Nelis (29y) has been educated as an orthopedagogue, but has never been professionally active in this field. Her career brought her unexpectedly into the IT world where she soon got the IT virus. This motivated her to follow an additional training in ‘programming’ and afterwards she ended up on GPS.
Stefano Castro (28y) was the contact person in the family for all IT-related problems from an early age. Logically, he followed the training course Network Administrator. He had been working in the IT industry for several years but was looking for a new challenge and he discovered it with us.
Dirk Geuens (48y) has been active as an IT consultant for many years. A job written on his body because he likes to solve problems and to be closely in contact with customers. Still, there was a need for a new challenge, but closer to home. And let us just fulfill that need.
Wouter Sels (22y) Start his professional career at GPS after successfully completing the training in applied computer science at the UCLL. Where he left with the necessary baggage of knowledge that he could immediately apply in his job as a consultant.
At the moment, our new colleagues are taken under the wings of our experienced team in their on-boarding trajectory. During this training phase, they are regularly challenged to put theory into practice. In this way they are prepared to become a full team member and are ready for this new challenge.
We are very pleased to start 2021 with 4 new colleagues, who not only help us achieve our goals, but also expand our GPS family! We are also still looking for some other profiles to grow the GPS family. Therefore be sure to have a look at our vacancies.
