We go from one portal to two portals.

We start the new year with a new customer portal

Next month our ticket system will be renewed to submit an incident. We have opted for a new system that will make the processing of an incident a lot more efficient and therefore also faster.

We also take this opportunity to improve our communication with our customers. In the coming months, we will completely adapt the current customer portal so that you can find and consult the correct information more quickly.

Soon we will have two customer portals.

  1. Knowledge Base to consult essential information such as release notes, data maintenance cloud, projects, contracts,…
  2. Customer Support to get in touch with our support staff in case of problems or user questions (new ticket system for incidents).

Both customer portals can be reached via MY GPS.
