BergHOFF is an international brand that creates, produces and distributes advanced kitchen designs. The company has grown to 60 employees over the past 20 years and this created the need for a Time & Attendance solution. They were confronted with the following problems:

1. A limited control in the performances of the employees
2. Labour-intensive payroll processing
3. It was not possible to enter flexible working hours without Time & Attendance

Thanks to our Time & Attendance solution, these problems are gone. BergHOFF has more insight and consequently more control over the performances and absences of all employees. In addition, they have been able to enter flexible working hours for their employees. And finally, they save a lot of time on payroll processing because the Time & Attendance software calculates all performance automatically and in real time.

Time & Attendance is not only for BergHOFF’s personnel department, all employees also experience the benefits. After all, they have gained insight into their own performances and balances. They can consult these via the Employee Self Service in the web browser and in the smartphone app.
